Welcome to the e-learning academy on the Ohio Integrated Systems Model (OISM). In this time of accountability for the performance of all groups of students, as described in No Child Left Behind, school leaders are called to meet many challenges. Relevant to meeting those challenges, the OISM is a comprehensive school wide prevention and intervention model that provides support systems which address both academic and behavioral needs of all students. This web based academy on OISM is specifically designed with the educational administrator in mind.
